Who We Are

Person-centered care

Sustainable Behavior management

New Wave Wellness (NWW) is a network of healthcare practitioners that builds lasting change in the lives of patients. We know that people matter, and our person-centered approach to treatment helps each individual patient to build the skills and understanding necessary for sustained progress and improvement.

Backed by professionals with more than 30 years of dedicated mental health experience, our individualized care programs create a plan specifically tailored to you and your situation. We meet you and support you in taking the next steps to build individualized services to help you reach your goals for the days ahead.

Our founders, Erica Pearson and Melissa Fisher, created NWW to offer Indiana residents a comprehensive and unified approach to mental health services that sees each client as a whole person with individualized needs to understand and manage. From case management to supported living, we serve with unmatched care, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond expectation to see you through to your new lifestyle.

By working together, we can be the force that sets hope in motion to create your pathway to a brighter, better future.

Our Mission

New Wave Wellness was formed with a vision of being different, effective, and client-focused.

Our experience tells us that progress is possible and to make changes, we must focus on the needs of the individual, their hopes, and not simply on a diagnosis.

We will tailor solutions to each person and not lose sight of our clients’ individual personalities, because restoring their hope in improvement is what matters most.

Our Approach

New Wave Wellness applies a unified approach to build effective behavior support plans tailored to each of our clients. Our goal is to look beyond the surface indicators of maladaptive behavior to understand the underlying issues, their root causes, and the support systems involved. With more than 30 years of combined experience in case management, supported living services, and behavioral support services, we have the insight and the ability to ensure that our approach builds a solid plan for success.

Each of our provider-client relationship begins with a comprehensive assessment to help identify which forms of treatment are most needed. These results are coupled with individualized goals and strategies and a plan for incorporating them into daily practice. By building a solid foundation in our plan, we are able to create strong measures for success to ensure the effectiveness of our approach and its close adaptation to the needs of each individual.

While changing lives is our primary goal, our experience and research have shown that the most important prerequisite for that change is an open and trusting relationship between client and contracted consultant. Each of the consultants at New Wave Wellness have trained specifically in this work and are able to both create and implement strategies to build authentic and meaningful relationships with clients.
