Who We Are

Person-centered care

Sustainable Behavior management

The cycle of a wave refreshes, rejuvenates, and creates a force leaving all it touches changed. And much like the waves of the ocean, New Wave Wellness (NWW) is a care network that impacts lives in a way that forever moves them forward. We know that people matter. And our approach focuses on person-centered versus patient-centered, which enables authentic interaction, relationships, and understanding to build skills for progress and improvement.

Backed by professionals with more than 30 years of diverse and dedicated mental health and wellness experience, our individualized care programs create a plan for you and your situation. We meet you and support you in taking the next steps to build sustainable individualized services to help you reach your hopes for the days ahead

We began this work because you are in motion, and no “one size fits all” can understand you or your history. So our founders, Erica Pearson and Melissa Fisher, created NWW to offer Indiana residents a holistic approach to our services that sees each client as a whole person with needs to meet and manage. From case management to supported living tailored to each person we serve with unmatched care, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond expectation to see you through to your new day.

Like the tides of the ocean, our needs ebb and flow; together, we will be the force that puts hope in motion to create your pathway to a brighter, better future by offering hope that is in motion.

01

Care Network

We are dedicated to impacting lives in a way that is sustainable to move beyond the past and look to a future of hope.

02

Person-Centered

We know people are more than patients and create authentic interactions to build relationships to build skills for progress.

03

Experienced + Diverse Professionals

Our owners combined 30 years of experience to lead a team of diverse and dedicated mental health and wellness professionals who are skilled at developing individualized care programs.

Our Mission

New Wave Wellness was formed with a vision of being different, effective, and client-focused.

Our experience tells us that progress is possible and to make changes, we must focus on the needs of the individual, their hopes, and not simply a diagnosis.

We will tailor solutions to each person, to restore hope in improvement and to not lose sight of the diversity of our clients’ personality and individuality, because putting their hope in motion is what matters most.

Our Approach

New Wave Wellness seeks a holistic approach to finding unique, tailored, and effective individualized plans. Our goal is to look beyond the surface and dig deep to understand the issues, the root causes, and the support systems involved. With more than 30 years of combined experience in case management, supported living services, recreational therapy, music therapy, and behavioral support services, we have the insight and the ability to ensure our approach builds a solid plan for success.

We begin each client with a comprehensive assessment to help identity what is needed. These results are coupled with goals involving individualized strategies and a plan for how to incorporate them into daily practice.  By having a solid foundation in our plan, we are able to create strong measures for success to ensure that our approach is working and if we need to adapt our methods to better fit each individual.

While changing lives is our goal, our experience and research have shown the most important ingredient to change is the client and contracted consultant relationship, which is why each of the consultants at New Wave Wellness train in this work and are able to create, as well as implement strategies that not only build trust but authentic and meaningful relationships.
